Loopovia

YOUR INFORMATION. YOUR CHOICES.

Privacy notice

Ji’an Wangdong Technology Co., Ltd.

Effective date: September 13, 2026. This notice describes the current Loopovia iPhone app and this support website, operated by Ji’an Wangdong Technology Co., Ltd.

Your game data stays on your device

Loopovia stores your captain profile, settings, wallet, ships and liveries, upgrades, mission and weekly challenge progress, dated card-offer quotes and their purchase records, distinct sailing dates, chapter progress, league points and recent voyage records on your device. Purchase and reward identifiers prevent the same item being delivered twice. Recent voyage details are limited to the latest 30 results; aggregate progress and delivery records remain.

Loopovia does not operate a server copy of your game save or provide game-save synchronization between devices. Computer-controlled rivals run within the game. There is no player chat or live multiplayer service. Your device backup settings are separate from an app-provided cloud-save feature. Keep this in mind before deleting the app or changing devices.

Optional Game Center

If you use Apple Game Center, Apple handles authentication and the leaderboard interface. Loopovia reads your authenticated player identifier and display name and submits your earned league points and best voyage coverage to its two leaderboards. Scores are associated with your Game Center player, not with simulated rivals. Your visibility and Game Center profile are controlled through Apple's service. Loopovia does not request your friends list.

Game Center leaderboards are separate from the local campaign save. Signing in does not upload or recover your wallet, chapter progress or ship collection. Read Game Center & Privacy for Apple's practices and profile controls.

Optional Sign in with Apple

You can play without connecting an Apple identity. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple authenticates you. Loopovia requests your name, receives an Apple user identifier, and keeps that identifier and the available name in the device Keychain. It does not request your email address or retain the authorization code or identity token. This connection does not synchronize your game. Read Sign in with Apple & Privacy.

App Store purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases. Loopovia receives verified product and transaction information to deliver purchases, avoid duplicate delivery and check permanent No Ads and welcome-pack entitlements. It does not receive payment-card details. Transaction identifiers are kept with local wallet changes. Apple retains its own purchase records under the App Store privacy notice.

Restore purchases can recover eligible permanent No Ads, welcome-pack ship and livery entitlements through Apple. A welcome-pack promotion starts a five-minute window when an eligible offer with an App Store price is first shown. That time and any pending checkout intent are stored locally. Its one-time coins and gems are delivered for a verified new purchase; restoring ownership does not issue those currencies again. Restore is not a backup service for spent gems, earned currency or the complete game save.

Google advertising and privacy choices

Loopovia uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Google's SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location, device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and crash or performance information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Actual processing depends on permissions, privacy choices and service configuration. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google's Privacy Policy.

UMP determines whether ads may be requested. Where privacy choices are available, open Settings → Your data → Ad privacy choices. The choices and form availability depend on your region and the configured service. No Ads removes mandatory full-screen advertising; optional reward videos remain available if you choose them. The app has no gameplay banner. No Ads does not disable all SDK connections, including privacy updates and optional-video preparation. There is no separate third-party analytics SDK in this build.

Local diagnostic records

Development builds may store a limited local ad-status log containing event times, app version, loading outcomes and SDK error codes. Detailed gameplay traces are recorded only when explicitly enabled for that development build. These game-created diagnostic files are not automatically uploaded to Loopovia. Google's own SDK diagnostics, described above, are separate.

You can choose to export local game data or a gameplay report through the iOS share sheet. You select the destination and recipient. Exports do not include Apple Keychain sign-in details or copies of data held by Apple or Google. They are inspection files, not importable game backups.

Controls in the app

Website, links and support email

This website does not include cookies, a sign-in form, advertising scripts or separate analytics code. It is hosted on our Alibaba Cloud server. Routine access logs record request time, HTTP method, page path, status and response size, without visitor IP addresses or query strings. Error logs used to diagnose failures may contain IP addresses. These website logs rotate daily and retain up to 14 rotated log files under the server policy; rotation is not a guarantee that every backup copy is deleted on the same date. Links to Apple, Google, NASA, NOAA or other external sites are subject to their policies.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you choose to send. We use that correspondence to handle your request and retain it as needed to resolve the issue and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete support correspondence where applicable. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or payment-card information.

Contact and requests

For support or privacy requests, email wangdongtech2026@gmail.com. Include the app version and a short description. We do not hold a server copy of your local game save; the in-app and iOS controls above are the direct way to manage it. Requests about Apple or Google's own records can also be sent through their privacy services.
