A LITTLE HELP, CAPTAIN.
Player support
Help with steering, chapters, ships, rewards and purchases.
How do I steer and claim territory?
Drag across the play area to steer your character or boat. Lift your finger to continue on its current heading, or use Pause to stop the voyage. Leave your colored territory, draw a trail, and return to your territory to capture the enclosed area. Protect your exposed trail and look for openings to cut a rival's trail.
What can I explore?
The first release explores 251 Earth chapters: 246 land destinations and five oceans. Start the land journey with the United States, or the ocean journey with the Pacific. Earth Journey shows completed and remaining destinations, saved gifts and the next available target. Chapter cards show your best voyage coverage and the prerequisite needed to unlock them. Complete the current destination to unlock the next one on its route. Completed chapters can be replayed.
Earth arenas use geographic outlines adapted for play, not navigational or scientific scale models.
How does chapter progress work?
Conquer 100% of the selected map in one winning voyage to complete its chapter. A failed voyage can improve your best single-voyage record, but its coverage is not added to previous attempts. The result screen's map fill, progress bar and coverage percentage all describe that voyage; your best record is shown separately. Completing a chapter for the first time unlocks its reward and the next available destination. Collect the saved chapter gift to add its themed outfit to your collection; first-clear and stage-completion rewards are awarded once. Previously earned chapter completions, unlocked destinations and rewards are kept when you update. For an unfinished chapter, the displayed record uses your best voyage rather than an old total across attempts. New character unlocks and chapter outfits are shown in the reward preview before you equip them. Leaving an unfinished voyage through Home or Restart does not settle that voyage's coins or mission progress.
Which characters and boats can I collect?
Collection includes Biscuit the bear, Clover the rabbit and Pip the penguin as three animated 3D characters with moving limbs during play and animated previews in the lobby. Puddle the duck, Pebble the turtle and Mochi the seal are also collectible animal friends. Four boat types remain available: Harbor, Coral, Pearl and Aurora. Each entry shows its real unlock requirement and equipment state. View automatic abilities, collect outfits and upgrade owned boats using the displayed costs. Automatic abilities charge during play and can expand territory, increase speed, protect the ship or widen the view, depending on the ship. Map pickups add expansion, speed or protection. A ship trial applies to one voyage.
Chapter gifts include destination-themed outfits that reuse the companion models with different colours and accessories. The collection also retains boat liveries, five gameplay-achievement liveries and the Sunrise Pearl welcome-pack livery. Owned appearances can be equipped without buying them again. Cosmetic themes change the character or boat and matching territory; they do not grant an unlisted movement advantage. Two achievement liveries require completing real voyages on seven or 30 different UTC dates. Simply opening the app does not add a sailing day; multiple voyages on one date count as one day.
How do daily card offers work?
Shop shows two card offers with a real ship, card count, gem cost and refresh countdown. The selection rotates at 00:00 UTC. Each offer can be bought once that day. Reopening the game preserves the current quote; keeping an old offer open across midnight does not charge a replacement price. Return to Shop to choose from the new selection. These offers use gems already in your wallet, separate from an App Store purchase.
Are rivals online players? What are the leagues?
Rivals encountered during a voyage are computer-controlled. Local league points, tiers and voyage records reflect your own progress. Leagues includes Rookie and three divisions each of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Emerald, with the next target shown in the app.
The Game Center button opens Apple's real leaderboards for earned league points and best voyage coverage. Sign in to Game Center to submit your scores. Connection or account errors do not turn local rivals into global players, and you can continue the campaign without Game Center.
How do missions and daily rewards work?
Open Missions to see each requirement and claim completed tasks. Claim the day's gem reward after all four tasks are complete. Shop's daily discovery pack can be claimed once per day. Daily resets use midnight UTC, which may differ from your local midnight. Already claimed rewards are not reopened by resetting gameplay.
What is Ocean Sprint?
Ocean Sprint is a free local weekly challenge, from Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday. Join that week, then complete voyages to count defeated rivals. Milestones award 250 coins at 10 eliminations, 500 coins at 30, and the Pearl yacht at 100. If Pearl is already owned when you claim the last milestone, it awards 100 Pearl cards instead.
The next week has a new record and requires joining again. Rewards already earned remain available under Unclaimed past rewards after a week ends; claims are recorded so they cannot be repeated. Existing permanent-challenge progress from older builds is preserved in the week of upgrade. This is a device-local activity using its UTC calendar, not an online tournament or a server-controlled clock.
When does music play?
Menu music is enabled by default for a fresh installation. It pauses during gameplay, when the app is inactive, and while a full-screen advertisement is presented. Gameplay uses sound effects, controlled separately under SOUND. In Settings, check MUSIC, SOUND and their volume sliders. Also check iPhone media volume, Silent Mode and the current audio output. An existing saved preference is retained when you update the app.
Why does an ad countdown appear?
When an advertisement is ready, an active voyage can show a five-second warning before an ad break, after around two minutes of eligible playing time. A result screen uses a three-second warning before an available mandatory ad. Pause, background time and unavailable ads do not behave like uninterrupted playing time. The voyage pauses during an ad and resumes afterward.
Optional videos are chosen through reward buttons, such as a start boost, revive or additional coins. The advertisement provider controls its video and close-button timing. Loopovia does not require buying or installing an advertised app to earn a reward.
What does No Ads remove?
The permanent No Ads purchase removes mandatory full-screen ads and their countdowns. Optional reward videos remain your choice. There is no gameplay banner. The App Store sheet shows the applicable price for your storefront before you approve a purchase.
What is the Captain Welcome Pack?
This optional welcome offer includes permanent No Ads, the Pearl yacht and exclusive Sunrise livery, plus 2,000 coins and 250 gems delivered once on a verified new purchase. Its five-minute window begins when the eligible offer with an App Store price is first shown. Leaving the app does not restart it. The App Store provides the actual price for your region; there is no automatic payment and no claimed original-price discount.
If you already own No Ads, the pack adds the other items shown at the same displayed pack price. Restoring the pack recovers its permanent items but does not reissue the coins or gems. An Apple approval that arrives after the offer expires still completes an eligible pending purchase. Pearl also has a separate earned-currency unlock in Fleet; that unlock does not include the paid pack's other items.
How do I restore No Ads?
Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for the purchase. A valid No Ads entitlement and the welcome pack's permanent ship and livery are restored through Apple. Gem packs are consumable purchases, not a cloud wallet backup, and completed consumables are not restored by the ordinary restore flow. The app checks unfinished transactions to complete delivery safely. See Apple's restoration guidance.
A purchase is pending, unavailable or missing.
If Apple shows Pending or requires approval, wait for that process to complete rather than buying repeatedly. If the App Store cannot be reached, try again with a working connection. For a missing item, keep your Apple receipt, reopen Loopovia and email support with the item, approximate time, app version and the visible error. Do not send your Apple password or payment-card details. Apple handles refund requests.
A reward video did not load or did not grant a reward.
Ads depend on connectivity, available inventory and privacy status. A VPN being enabled does not by itself confirm that every ad request can reach its service. Check available Ad privacy choices in Your data, return to a working connection and try again later. You can continue playing when an ad is unavailable.
A reward is delivered only after the provider confirms completion. Simply opening or closing the ad does not confirm a reward. If a completed video appears to be missing a reward, email the reward type, approximate time and visible message. Do not delete the app as the first troubleshooting step because your wallet is local. Development builds may display Test mode; this does not confirm production ad availability or a completed real-money purchase test.
Does Apple sign-in or Game Center back up my game?
No. Apple identity, Game Center scores, purchase restoration and a full game-save backup are separate things. This version keeps the wallet, fleet and campaign on your device. It does not provide cloud synchronization or game-save transfer.
How can I export or reset my progress?
Open Settings → Your data. Export opens the iOS share sheet with a local JSON file for inspection; the game does not provide an import-from-file feature. Reset requires confirmation and clears local voyage progress, records and league points. It keeps your wallet, ships, liveries, purchases and earned rewards. Previously claimed first-clear and stage rewards are not issued again. Scores already submitted to Game Center are managed by Apple and are not erased by this local reset. See the Privacy page for the full scope.
Send a useful bug report
Email wangdongtech2026@gmail.com. Include your app version and build, iPhone model, iOS version, selected chapter, and the shortest steps that reproduce the issue.
